December 12, 2003 This captured Japanese aerial view of Pearl Harbor was taken very early in the attack on December 7, 1941. Note the concussion waves in the water from a bomb exploding near the USS Oklahoma. Close inspection shows two torpedo tracks cutting across the shock waves, heading for Battleship Row.
