225th AAA S/L BN., U.S. Army

1. I desire to commend you and all officers and men of the 225th
AAA SL BN for the general excellence of your unit, as demonstrated
during my inspection on 11 May, 1944 and the administration inspection
conducted by an inspector from this Headquarters 18-21 April, 1944.
It is well known that such results can be produced only by intelligent
leadership, close attention to duty and hard work on the part of all
concerned and a singleness of purpose which will never tolerate
half-measures.

2. It is evident that you have realized the magnitude of the tasks
ahead, and you may all take justifiable pride in having prepared
yourselves well for these tasks, and in being members of an
outstanding organization. I wish you all continued success.
