STEP 2: Select Internet Options ... from the available choices ...
STEP 3: In the Internet Options dialog box, locate the Address window and type the Skylighters URL, http://www.skylighters.org/ ...
STEP 4: Click OK. Skylighters is now your start page. Each time you start MSIE, the Skylighters site will load automatically, provided you are connected to the Internet at the time.
Netscape 4.x Browsers

STEP 2: Select Preferences from the available choices ...
STEP 3: In the Navigator menu (which is selected by default), locate the Navigator starts with section and select Home page. Then, type the Skylighters URL, http://www.skylighters.org/, in the Location window in the Home page section (if you're already at Skylighters, you can click Use Current Page and the URL will automatically be inserted for you) ...
STEP 4: Click OK. Skylighters is now your start page. Each time you start Netscape, the Skylighters site will load automatically, provided you are connected to the Internet at the time.
