Get Yer Ice Cold Beer Here ...

A group of GIs in an unidentified theater of war have augmented their K rations (piles of which are in the background) with ice-cold beer. The proximity of the smoke in the background suggests that the men are near a battle zone. Such a relaxed scene so close to the action, though rare, captures an attitude shared by many a fighting man: Enjoy what you can when you can, no matter what's going around you.
