FIELD LAUNDRY

It's July 19, 1944 on the backroads of northern France, and these
two GIs would seem to be excellent matrimonial prospects as they
seem to know and like their duties handling four washing machines
at a field hospital laundry. Pictured are Pvt. Louis Collins (left)
of Newport, Kentucky and Pvt. Thomas Galliher of Worcester,
Massachusetts.
