Personal Tanks?
Heinrich Hoffmann Propaganda News Service photo, dated December 1, 1940

A very precisely arranged row of miniature armored tanks of the German Transportation Corps stands ready for review during an event at Berlin's Olympic Stadium. This particular unit was named for Reichs Minister of Armaments and Munitions Albert Speer, who designed the stadium as well as numerous other Reich structures. His standarte flag is visible at the right, bearing the profile of a gorilla. The stadium is barely visible through the fog in the background.
