The massive salvage operation on the
capsized USS OKLAHOMA, sunk during the surprise attack by the Japanese at Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941, is in full swing. The structure behind the vessel is designed to rotate the ship until righted. Details on the salvage technique can be found here.
