Big and Small ...
   One of the Army's new M-3 (General Grant) tanks built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works plant at Eddystone, Pennsylvania, is turned over to the U.S. Army in a ceremony at the plant on April 24, 1941, passing an 8-inch railway gun, also built by Baldwin.
