Time for A Shine ...
   Two 14th U.S. Air Force soldiers in Kunming, China pay for a shoe shine with $20 Chinese dollars. The soldier with the money is wearing a communications rating patch on his lower sleeve and the USAAC patch on his upper sleeve. Note the short khaki tie that was worn at the time.
