Translation While-U-Wait
Want to send a Skylighters page to a French-speaking friend? Run across a document on the Web written in Russian and want to read it? Now you can! If you need to translate a Skylighters page, or any other Web page for that matter, you can do so instantly by launching the Skylighters Translator and following the instructions. Clicking on the link below will load the translator into a separate browser window that you can leave open in the background while you continue browsing. When you encounter any page or text that you'd like to translate from English or into English, you can do so easily and conveniently right on your computer desktop by switching to the second window and following the instructions! Simply leave the second window open until you are ready to translate (use the Alt-Tab key combination to switch between browser windows). (Translation from and to the following languages, among others, is supported: English, German, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, Swedish, Russian, Polish, Czech, and Greek.) The translator can always be dismissed by clicking "Close" at the bottom of the screen.

Perpetual Calendar
Need to know what day of the week D-Day was on, or if your ship home sailed on a Sunday? Launch our Perpetual Calendar by clicking on the link below (the calendar will open in a new browser window, which can always be dismissed by clicking "Close" at the bottom of the screen).
